Meeting Details for the 3rd of January are as follows

Time : 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm
Venue: Trinity Methodist Church
Dress Code : Day Dress

All Award Campers, please pass up your assignment to me, Madam Sook Yee on 22/12/08 by 12noon. I will be at TMC on that day. Any late assignments will not be accepted.

Reminder

This is just a reminder about the Band practice during the month of December

20th December : 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at TMC
22th December : 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at TMC also

Announcement For The Holidays

Announcement #1

There will be no parade for the rest of December.
The next parade will be in January.


Announcement #2

Christmas Party on the 20th of December at Capt. Lee Fuang's (GB) house.
Member attending the party are required to assemble at TMC by 7.00 pm.
Bring at least 1 dish of food and a gift (RM 10 and above) for gift exchange.
Contact me to inform whether you are going or not by Tuesday.

Trinity Methodist Church Fun Fair

On the 6th of December, Trinity Methodist Church PJ will be organizing a fun fair from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm .
Members are required to help out on that day to man various stalls.
Members are required to be in their Company T-shirt, long pants (any) and shoes.

Members are also required to stay over on the 5th of December to help out in the preparations.
Be there at 10.00 am. Bring along whatever you require for the overnight stay. Lunch and dinner will be provided.
